The zip is the same product on both licenses: full source, a starter catalog, and docs. It is provided as-is. A perpetual license is not a promise of future versions.
Standard and Agency include the same codebase. The difference is where you may use it, not a second quality tier. What you can rely on is the tree in the zip for version 1.2.0, plus the license file that matches your receipt.
What the package is
- Storefront, checkout, orders, and admin in one codebase
- A starter catalog in the same import format as a live shop
- Developer docs and prompts
- Payments as Mock, Stripe, and PayPal, each off until you enable it
A running example of the shop is live.fatleon.com. Operator docs are docs.fatleon.com.
What we do not warrant
The license (v2.2) provides the source as is and as available, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, the licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid for that license, or USD 100 if no fee was paid.
Unless a product listing says otherwise, a perpetual license does not oblige us to ship updates, new versions, or support. You may modify the source, keep it in a private git, use AI tools, and have your whole team on it. You may not resell the source.
Known boundaries of this version
| Topic | This version |
|---|---|
| Tax | No EU VAT or per-country tax engine. One optional flat checkout tax. One currency: USD, EUR, or HKD. |
| Refunds inside a shop you deploy | The kit does not call Stripe or PayPal to refund. Approve the return in Admin, then refund in the provider dashboard. |
| Guest checkout | Off by default. |
Those boundaries are properties of the software, not a second contract. Purchase terms are on Terms and Conditions. If the zip itself is broken, that is a delivery issue on Shipping Policy.
