Orders & Shipping

A storefront you own, on the AWS account you already have.

FatLeon Commerce is a digital license. After Paddle confirms payment, the matching source package is emailed. The download link is valid for 6 hours.

Purchasing FatLeon Commerce is a digital software license transaction, not a physical product order. Choose the license that fits your intended use, complete your payment through Paddle, and receive the corresponding FatLeon Commerce source code package by email.

Paddle.com acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through this website. After your payment has been confirmed, FatLeon will send you the software package associated with your order. Your Paddle receipt identifies the purchased product and license version, while the license file included in the package specifies the applicable usage rights.

Because FatLeon Commerce is delivered electronically, there is no warehouse processing, parcel tracking, or physical shipping involved. Your order is fulfilled through digital delivery, and your purchase records help establish which product and license you acquired.

1. Choose the Right License

Before placing your order, review the two available license options carefully. Both provide the FatLeon Commerce source code, but they are intended for different project and ownership arrangements.

FatLeon Standard License

View FatLeon Standard License

The Standard License is intended for buyers who build, deploy, and operate stores that they own. It allows you to use FatLeon Commerce for your own stores within the scope of the Standard License terms.

This option is suitable if you plan to manage your own storefronts and deploy them to AWS environments under your control. It does not grant the client-project and project-handoff rights provided by the Agency License.

FatLeon Agency License

View FatLeon Agency License

The Agency License is intended for buyers who develop ecommerce stores for clients as well as for their own projects. Under the applicable license terms, it permits client-store deployments and allows the project for an individual client store to be handed over to that client.

Depending on the project arrangement, an Agency buyer may deploy a client store to the buyer's AWS environment or the client's AWS environment. The relevant license terms determine the permitted use and handoff rights.

Please review the applicable license before purchasing. The two options are not interchangeable, and your intended use should match the rights granted by the license you select.

2. Complete Your Purchase Through Paddle

Once you have selected Standard or Agency, proceed to checkout on the FatLeon website and complete the payment through Paddle.

Paddle handles the transaction as the merchant of record. The applicable purchase price is displayed on the product page and during checkout. The license file defines your software usage rights; it does not independently determine the purchase price or replace the payment record.

After payment is confirmed, Paddle provides a transaction receipt by email. Please keep this receipt for your records. It can help you identify the purchased SKU, confirm the transaction details, and resolve questions about your order or software delivery.

If you need help locating your order, use the email address associated with your purchase when contacting FatLeon support.

3. Order Records and License Files

Your order receipt and the license file included in your downloaded software package serve complementary purposes.

  • Paddle receipt: Records the purchase transaction and identifies the purchased product and license version.
  • Software package: Contains the FatLeon Commerce source code corresponding to your purchased product.
  • License file: Specifies the license applicable to that package and the rights granted to the buyer.
  • Third-party NOTICE: Provides the relevant notices for third-party components included with the software.

Each order's software package includes one applicable license file, copied to LICENSE. A Standard purchase receives the Standard License file, while an Agency purchase receives the Agency License file. You will not receive both license files in a single package.

The two packages are based on the same FatLeon Commerce product and codebase. The principal distinction is the license and the permitted scope of use, rather than a separate set of software features for each license.

Purchased licenseLicense file in the packagePermitted use
StandardStandard License, copied to LICENSEUnlimited stores you own and operate on your AWS environment, subject to the license terms. Client work is not included.
AgencyAgency License, copied to LICENSEUnlimited client stores, deployment to your AWS environment or the client's AWS environment, and handoff of the relevant client-store project, subject to the license terms.

Please retain the original package and its license file. When reviewing your rights, follow the license included with your purchase and the applicable terms of service. The receipt helps establish the transaction details, while the license file governs the permitted use of the software.

4. Digital Delivery and Email Confirmation

FatLeon Commerce is delivered as a downloadable source code package. Once Paddle confirms payment, FatLeon sends the package and download link to the email address associated with your order.

There is no physical parcel to dispatch and no shipping address is required for delivery. You do not need to wait for a courier or check a carrier's tracking system.

Please check your inbox after completing your purchase. If the delivery email does not appear, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. You should also verify that you are checking the same email address used during checkout.

Download links are valid for 6 hours after issuance. If your link expires before you download the package, you can request a replacement link. An expired link does not, by itself, mean that your purchase has been cancelled or that you need to purchase the software again.

If the email or download link is missing, expired, or otherwise inaccessible, please refer to our Shipping Policy or contact our support team. Providing your Paddle receipt or relevant order details will help us locate the transaction and assist with delivery.

5. Deploy FatLeon Commerce on Your Own AWS Environment

Receiving the source code package completes the digital delivery process. It does not mean that FatLeon has hosted or deployed a store for you.

FatLeon Commerce is intended to be deployed in an AWS environment that you control. After downloading the package, review the documentation, prepare your AWS account and configuration, and follow the deployment instructions.

FatLeon Commerce uses AWS Amplify Gen 2 and Next.js 14. Deployment and operation may require configuration of the relevant AWS resources and application settings. You are responsible for your AWS account, deployment decisions, environment configuration, ongoing store operation, and any applicable AWS hosting or usage charges.

For setup instructions and technical guidance, visit the FatLeon Commerce Documentation.

You can also explore the storefront demo at live.fatleon.com. The demo provides an opportunity to view the shop experience, but it is not a substitute for the source package, your purchased license, or your own deployment environment.

6. Shipping Fees, Tracking, and Hosting Charges

Since FatLeon Commerce is a digital product, no physical shipping service is involved. Accordingly, FatLeon does not issue parcel tracking numbers or charge physical delivery fees for sending the source code package.

However, deploying the software requires an appropriate hosting environment. AWS services and resources used by your deployment may incur separate charges, depending on your configuration, usage, and AWS pricing. These costs are separate from the FatLeon Commerce license purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing the relevant AWS pricing and managing the resources deployed in your account. Purchasing a FatLeon license does not mean that AWS hosting, infrastructure, or ongoing operational services are included.

7. Need Help With Your Order?

If you have questions about your license selection, payment confirmation, source package, or download link, please contact FatLeon through the Contact Us page.

For delivery-related issues, include the email address used at checkout and your Paddle receipt or other relevant order information. This will help us identify the purchase and determine the appropriate next steps.

For questions about license scope, please review the relevant license terms before using the software in your project. You can also consult the Terms of Service for additional information about purchasing and using FatLeon Commerce.

Our goal is to make the process straightforward: choose the appropriate license, complete payment, receive the correct source package, and deploy FatLeon Commerce in your own AWS environment.

Important: Your purchase grants the rights specified by the applicable license. Please ensure that your intended use, deployment arrangement, and any client handoff comply with that license.
