A storefront you own, on the AWS account you already have.

Standard or Agency

Standard and Agency are the same FatLeon Commerce codebase. Standard is for stores you operate. Agency also covers stores you build for clients, including a handoff of that one project.

FatLeon Standard and FatLeon Agency ship the same product, version 1.2.0. The difference is usage rights, not features. The license file in your zip (v2.2) governs. This page is a reading aid. If it and the file disagree, the file wins. The longer summary is Terms of Service.

A store you operate

Standard fits a brand or team running its own stores. Client work is outside that grant. Changing the domain of the same store does not need a new purchase. Staging for a store you already run is included. Both licenses allow you to modify the source, keep a private git, use AI tools, and include your team.

A store for a client

Agency adds client stores, with no cap on how many. You may deploy on your AWS or the client's, and hand over that one store's project. The client does not receive ownership of the FatLeon source. The client may not use the transferred source to start unrelated stores. Custom work between you and the client is your contract with them. Under Agency, an end client may use authorized maintainers for that one store.

On either license you may not resell the source, put it in a public repository, or run a multi-tenant site builder that hands out substantially the same product without a separate license for each store. How the deploy itself is shaped is in a source-code license and a hosted shop.
