FatLeon Commerce is delivered by email after Paddle confirms payment. The download link is valid for 6 hours. There is no physical shipment.
FatLeon Commerce is a digital software product. We do not ship physical goods or parcels. After your payment has been confirmed by Paddle, our merchant of record, we will send the FatLeon Commerce software package to you by email.
How Delivery Works
- Choose and purchase your preferred license: Standard License or Agency License.
- Complete your payment through Paddle. Paddle will confirm your payment and send you a transaction receipt.
- After payment confirmation, FatLeon will email you the software package and download link associated with your purchase.
The package contains the source code and the applicable license file for the license you purchased, along with the relevant third-party NOTICE information. Once downloaded, you can deploy FatLeon Commerce to your own AWS environment.
If You Don't Receive the Email
If the delivery email does not arrive, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. Make sure you also check the email address used during checkout.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact our support team and provide your order details or Paddle receipt so we can help verify your purchase and resend the delivery email when appropriate.
Download Link Expiration
For security purposes, the download link is valid for 6 hours after it is issued. If the link expires before you download the package, you can request a new download link. You do not need to purchase the software again simply because the original link has expired.
Please contact us if you need a replacement link or require the delivery email to be sent again.
Digital Delivery and Hosting
FatLeon Commerce is delivered electronically, so there are no physical shipping fees, tracking numbers, customs charges, or delivery addresses associated with your purchase.
FatLeon does not host your online store as part of the software purchase. You are responsible for deploying and operating the software in your own AWS environment, including any applicable AWS hosting and usage costs.
